At BSTN Shop, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following delivery information before placing your order.

1. Shipping Area

We ship orders worldwide, except for certain areas in Asia and remote areas where delivery may not be available.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping information where applicable.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the delivery time.

3. Shipping Methods

DHL or FedEx – Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping fee: USD 12.95

  • Available for eligible international destinations.

EMS – Free Shipping

  • Delivery time: 15–25 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping fee: Free for orders over USD 50

  • Free shipping applies to eligible orders of USD 50 or more.

  • Orders below USD 50 do not qualify for the free EMS shipping offer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Free Shipping

Orders of USD 50 or more are eligible for free shipping via EMS.

For orders below USD 50, the free shipping offer does not apply. Standard DHL or FedEx shipping is available at a fee of USD 12.95, where applicable.

5. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Circumstances beyond the control of the shipping carrier

Such delays do not necessarily qualify for a refund of shipping fees.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may be imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
